Sonia and Tony were exceptional from start to finish. Although only recently established, their level of professionalism did not reflect this. They were very compassionate from the moment we got in touch with them. Nothing was too much trouble and they made what was obviously an unbearable situation as comfortable as possible for me and my family....

..It was a comfort for us to know my dad was being looked after with care and dignity. The funeral service itself was arranged perfectly for our needs and ran very smoothly on the day. Their services were also very competitive, which wasn’t the first thing on our minds at the time, but looking back we got a beautifully arranged service and excellent customer service for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

What an amazing team, they really do go the  extra mile too help you organise everything.  Tony, Sonia and the team really did us proud, and for that we will always be grateful.

I cannot get the amount of Thanks and gratitude I have for the wonderful and amazing Sonia Royce,  Tony Lock  and all the team at A J Lock. Planning a funeral is something you know you will have to do but always think it won’t be for some time. Dad planned everything for his funeral but I had no idea how to go about it, what I needed to do, who I call or where do I start. Well fate of Sonia knowing my Dad in the Claremont vaults days and John knowing Tony I knew I had found where my Dad was to go....

When I first met both Sonia and Tony the first thing Tony said was “we treat everyone as family” and boy did they. I felt comfortable knowing my Dad was in loving hands. Nothing was too much trouble (even some strange requests from me) the service Tony gave today was just perfect. It seems strange to say a funeral was beautiful but it was. It was everything my Dad wanted and everything we as a family needed to say goodbye. 

From the bottom of my heart I thank you for being there, listening to my tears and worries and for caring for my Dad while he was with you.  (Also Tony you make an amazing cup of tea!) 

Sonia and Tony were such genuine and caring people who were so supportive during the worst time of my life. They went above and beyond to make the process easier and to give my father the best possible send off. I can honestly say I felt relieved that my father was in such good hands and was taken care of right Until the end and I felt supported throughout. I’d like to thank them for providing such a wonderful service and for being so supportive during such a difficult time.
